Fitness With Miss Aliss

I recently asked one of my clients to start a blog of her journey into the life long commitment of health and fitness. In her blog she is keeping track of workouts, nutrition, and anything related ie hating me for the pain I put her through. Keeping track is one of the best ways of staying on track because you are not only accountable to me but you are accountable to yourself. I have very high hopes for Miss Aliss and I know that she is able to make things happen.
